As a guide: 60-80 gsm for light gift and promotional bags, 80-100 gsm for standard shopping and exhibition totes, 100-120 gsm for a crisp hand-feel and higher load capacity, and 120 gsm plus lamination for a canvas-like premium finish. Heavier costs more, so choose by load and brand positioning — we can send sample bags in different GSM to compare.
Screen printing suits simple logos and text in one to four colours, with the lowest unit cost and strong saturation. Full-colour gravure printing handles photographic artwork and gradients: it needs a plate fee but unit cost drops at volume. Lamination bonds a BOPP film to the nonwoven for full-colour print with water and abrasion resistance and a firmer hand-feel, at the highest cost. Simple logo: screen. Complex artwork: full colour. Water-resistant and durable: laminated.
Yes. Fabric colour is matched to Pantone TPX/TCX cards using our dope-dyeing process, where pigment is locked inside the fibre and colour difference is held within ΔE≤1.5. Print colours are matched to Pantone C/U. We produce a sample bag for approval first and keep a colour swatch per batch so repeat shipments stay consistent.
Four common options: same-material nonwoven handles (heat-bonded or sewn, lowest cost, for light bags); webbing handles in PP or nylon (best load capacity and repeated use); die-cut handles (formed in one die cut, cheapest, not for heavy loads); and cord or cotton-rope handles (soft feel, gift positioning). For heavy or reused bags, choose webbing.
A PP nonwoven bag can be reused dozens of times, cutting per-use resource consumption compared with single-use plastic — that reuse is the core of its environmental case. Standard PP is not biodegradable, so if your market requires degradation, ask us about degradation masterbatch or alternative substrates and tell us which certification you need.
Sample bags using stock fabric and simple printing take 3-5 days; custom fabric colour or new print plates take 7-10 days. After sample approval and deposit, standard orders ship in 12-18 days, with 3-5 days added in peak season. Small trial orders are welcome before you commit to volume.

Eco-Friendly & Reusable Non Woven Bags: Material, Print and Compliance
Recycled content, print method and packaging rules — what buyers ask once the sample has been approved.
A reusable bag only earns the name if it survives repeated trips. That starts with grammage: an 80-100 gsm spunbond body holds its shape through months of supermarket use, while a 50-60 gsm bag that tears after two outings undercuts both the reuse claim and the brand printed on it. Handles matter as much as the body — welded handles usually fail at the seam before the fabric does, so specify handle type and the load the bag is expected to carry. For retail and promotional programmes, body colour is usually better dope-dyed than printed: colour goes into the fibre, so it does not scuff off along the fold lines where a bag flexes most.
On recycled content, rPET and recycled PP bodies are available with GRS certification and a transaction certificate per batch — which is what a retailer audit actually asks for, since a supplier logo is not evidence. Print method should follow the artwork rather than the budget: screen printing is the economical route for one to three spot colours, heat transfer or laminated film carries photographic artwork and full-colour gradients, and lamination also adds water resistance at the cost of a stiffer hand. If you sell into the EU, packaging and packaging waste rules now put reuse, recyclability and recycled content on the same checklist, so material and print decisions are better made together than in sequence. Because the bag is cut from our own roll goods, recycled content specified at the roll stage carries through to the finished bag, and the transaction certificate follows the batch.
