Beyond fabric rolls, Huayue also produces finished disposable slippers for hotels, spas and airline amenity programmes, and manufactures OEM nonwoven products for Japanese retail chains — with fabric made in-house for full control of quality and lead time.

From Chip to Roll in Eight Steps
Spunbond nonwoven is a continuous process - any step out of control shows up in GSM and strength. These are the actual steps on our lines.
Incoming material check
PP and PET chips, including GRS recycled feedstock, are checked by grade, batch and appearance on arrival.
Melting and extrusion
Chips are dried and melt-extruded through the screw, with temperature and pressure held steady.
Spinning and web forming
Filaments are drawn from the spinneret and laid into a uniform, continuous web.
Thermal bonding
The web passes through heated calender rolls, which set strength, hand feel and breathability.
In-line monitoring
GSM and width are monitored continuously, and the line is adjusted as soon as a deviation appears.
Slitting and winding
Jumbo rolls are slit to your finished width and rewound onto 76 mm paper cores.
Finished goods inspection
GSM, tensile strength, thickness and appearance are checked batch by batch before release.
Packing and loading
Rolls are protective-wrapped, palletised or bagged, and loaded to the confirmed schedule.

Quality Control from Material to Shipment
The real risk for buyers is not price but batch-to-batch inconsistency. We put inspection at four points.
Incoming material control
Chips and recycled feedstock are checked by batch; GRS material keeps a full transaction-certificate chain for traceability.
In-line monitoring
GSM and width are monitored on the running line, so deviations are corrected immediately instead of being caught later.
Batch-by-batch testing
GSM, tensile strength, thickness and colour difference are tested batch by batch, with records kept and non-conforming lots held back.
Documents with every batch
Every batch ships with a factory inspection report, and third-party testing by SGS or Intertek can be arranged on request.

Yes, factory visits are welcome - you can see the spunbond lines, warehouse, testing and loading. A video tour can be arranged if travel is not possible.
A4 swatches are available for hand-feel and colour checks. Custom specs and colours can be sampled first, then produced after your approval.
Rolls start from 0.5 ton for standard stock and 1 ton for custom colours; finished goods such as bags and masks start from 1,000 pcs. Special specs are negotiable.
GRS transaction certificates accompany recycled batches, and third-party reports from SGS or Intertek can be arranged on request.
Widths up to 3.2 m with precision slitting to your finished size; colours can be dope-dyed or matched to your sample.
