Disposable Non-Woven Apron — Halter Neck with Ties

Cloth aprons in a restaurant go back to laundry every day, and the heavy grease from the kitchen is the hardest part: washing, drying, sorting and reissuing means the lifetime cost of a cotton apron is far above its purchase price, and at peak service there are never enough clean ones. A disposable non-woven apron turns this into consumable management: issue one per shift or per order, discard after use, with no collection, washing or stock rotation, and no sharing between staff. Front-of-house servers, prep and frying stations, takeaway packing counters, central kitchens and prepped-food lines are the high-turnover applications. For the Korean market, table-side BBQ restaurants and sauce-heavy fried-chicken chains run the highest volumes — one apron per sitting costs less than one laundry cycle a day.

Four things define the order: the form (halter-neck ties with waist ties, with neck width and tie length adjustable), GSM (typically 25-50 — lighter is cheaper, heavier holds its shape and blocks soiling better), size (standard 70x110 cm, adjustable to staff build and station), and colour plus logo printing, which chain brands usually take. Packing can be folded singles in bulk or full cartons, so stores can issue by shift. The base material is non-woven, the same family as our PP spunbond non-woven roll, and bulk orders are scheduled against monthly consumption.
